Arabella is a highly experienced  organisational assessor, consultant and coach, who brings a fresh perspective to developing leaders. Clients appreciate her winning combination of business acumen and deep psychological insight. She has extensive experience across a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Central Government, Media and Technology and Manufacturing. A founder of The Thinking Partnership, Arabella is a chartered psychologist and has a masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Liverpool. As an undergraduate, she studied Social Psychology at the University of Kent and the University of Massachusetts. She holds a diploma in NLP and hypnosis from the European College of Hypnosis.

Garfield is an experienced leadership and organisational development consultant, group facilitator and executive coach. One particular area of expertise is the assessing and developing of senior leaders and helping them to maximise their potential. Garfield took the lead on developing and delivering post-qualification training for 650 psychological therapists. Garfield was responsible for the developing and delivery of a suite of Master-classes to senior leaders across the public, private and charity sectors. Examples of Master-classes include ‘Developing resilience at work’, ‘Developing your power and authority as a leader’, ‘Giving and receiving constructive feedback as a leader’.

Clare is a very experienced consultant and coach whose mission and purpose is to unlock people’s potential by helping them to connect with their passions and energy and bring to their working lives more of who they really are as a person. A Chartered Occupational Psychologist with an MSc in psychometrics and a postgraduate in Executive Coaching, Clare has international consulting and coaching experience, working across sectors spanning retail and finance to IT and telecoms, including a 3 year assignment in Brazil.

Lisa is the bedrock of the organisation, managing the operations of the business – finances, legal, systems and the administrative team too.  She has been a core member of The Thinking Partnership for over 15 years and is valued by everyone for her focus on getting things done, her attention to detail, positive can-do attitude and deep resilience. She came to us from the Royal Air Force where she worked in operations, both in the UK and overseas.
